Presidential villa Slavin

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a villa of the President of the Slovak Republic. The villa will serve as a residence during the discharge of an office of Slovak president and at the same time it will serve as a place for partial representative acts. The building of the presidential villa is divided into two parts: the representative part, which is designed as two-storey with basement, and the residential part, which is designed as two-storey without basement. In the basement there is a garage for 3 vehicles and on the plot, there will be an uncovered parking area for 3 vehicles. The floor plan of the villa consists of three rectangular shapes with a flat vegetated roof. Horizontal and vertical load-bearing structures are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete.

House in Nové Mesto nad Váhom

The aim of the bachelor ‘s thesis is to work out the design documentation for realization of the construction of the detached house in Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The building is located in slightly sloping terrain. The detached house is designed for a four membered family with a comfort dispositive organization. The house is two-floor, roofed by flat roof. The external wall walls are insulated with contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The structural system of the building is masonry. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made from concrete blocks of permanent formwork and cut ceramic blocks. The horizontal constructions in the detached house are monolithic, reinforced concrete. The project was mad in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD software application.

Poly-Functional Building

It is a design of stand alone Poly-Functional Building with one basement and three storeys. The building is divided into two parts. The housing and administrative part. Both parts are independent of each other. The first underground floor is a mass garage and accessories for both parts of the building. The first floor is mostly made up of the administrative part of the multipurpose building. In the second and third floor are apartments, each for three apartments per floor. In the second floor there are apartments for people with limited mobility. The structural system of the building is made by porotherm and monolithic structure. Multifunctional building is covered with single layer flat roof.
